How will I know my order has been processed?
You will receive an e-mail confirming your order. Please be sure to include a correct e-mail address. If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail, please contact us.
How can I return an item?
All returns must be sent to the address below. Customers must pay return shipping fees. Returns are subject to a $8 restock fee per order. Returns sent to any other address may have a rerouting fee applied.
What happens if an item is out of stock?
You will not be charged for an item until it is in stock. The rest of your order will be shipped immediately, and you will be shipped the out-of-stock item as soon as it returns to inventory. Your shipping charge will be prorated per delivery.
How will SARE Outreach protect my privacy?
Privacy is important to us. Periodically, we conduct joint promotions on behalf of other organizations that meet similar educational goals, but SARE Outreach does not sell or share its mailing list for any reason. You can unsubscribe from SARE Outreach's mailing list at any time.
Is it safe to order online?
We have taken precautions to ensure the security and privacy of your personal information. All information gathered during the checkout process is conducted on a secure server over a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) connection to encrypt all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.
