- During the networking break, participants were able to elect to attend two special sessions from 2:45 to 3:45 PM:
- Federal Policy and Sustainable Agriculture: Looking Ahead: a special, 60-minute session with Ferd Hoefner and Margaret Krome
- "Sustainability in 180 Seconds": a unique event featuring lightning-round presentations by SARE Graduate Student grant recipients about their projects

7:00–10:00 PM Film Screenings and Young Farmer Mixer
- Participants could elect to view one of two different films, "Farmers for America" or a documentary on soil health and sustainability. A concurrent mixer hosted by the National Young Farmers Coalition and sponsored by FCS Financial also took place.
