Both the lay public and professionals in fields related to
land use and management need better understanding of soil
quality to help us monitor and enhance the quality of U.S.
soils. We see a need for short (two sides of 8.5x11 sheet),
attractive, technically sound, informative presentations
about various aspects of soil quality. We aim to identify
available fact sheets and to develop new ones that can be
adapted for local and regional conditions (soils, land use,
agricultural practices, etc.).
We will appreciate information about existing materials and
ideas and suggestions for development of new fact sheets.
