I was notified by Aphis Regulatory Analysis that as a result of various
requests for extensions and support from Glen Lee, a Deputy
Administrator, an extension of the public comment period on the Proposed
Rule was granted. The official notice of the extension will be published
in the Federal Register on 21st of March. The extension will allow for
comments up to the 26th of May.
I would appreciate it if one of our subscribers to BCREGS-L from APHIS
would please post a copy of this Register announcement as soon as it
appears (or anyone else that happens to run into the announcement).
