This working draft was written several months ago as part of the process of
putting together a report. It was never intended for public posting,
particularly at this early stage of the draft. We are in the process of
investigating how Mr. Schettino came into possession and then posted this
early working draft without our knowledge or consent. Unfortunately we have
no undo key to correct this.
My apologies again for anyone that had to pay charges for receipt of Mr.
