I want to thank Alex for this receipe and recommend it to all - after
personal testing this morning. Also thanks for the info from Jacky Foo
that arrived with too many headers for me to figure out, but you know who
you are. (my ISP switched email programs - goodbye To,From,Subject and
Date, it is now buried in a screenful of junk, for my purposes,
information) Mike Miller
PS. I will cobble together a flaking mill/cold press in the machine shop
and report the effect of oil removal on tofu quality later on.
