organic greenhouse production

I have worked,growing bedding plants and vegetable transplants, in a
greenhouse in central Illinois for 15+ years. I am going to build my own
greenhouse and would like to grow above mentioned crops organically. I would
also like to grow tomatoes and salad crops in soil, during the winter. Is
there anyone in the central IL. area with information, advice or precautions
about an endeavor of this sort? I have read Eliot Coleman's "The New Organic
Grower" and would like to explore his ideas in this project, including the use
of moveable greenhouses. Is there anyone I could discuss greenhouse
structural engineering with?
