Project Coordinator
The Wisconsin Rural Development Center (WRDC) -- a family
farmer-oriented, nonprofit organization located near Madison, WI -- is
seeking a project coordinator for its Great Lakes Grazing Network
program. Duties include: coordinating the activities of working groups
in four states and Ontario; providing assistance in organizing three new
working groups; publishing a quarterly newsletter and other educational
materials; assisting in the development of public policies supportive of
managed grazing; facilitating grazing workshops, field days and
conferences; and assisting in fundraising efforts. The successful
candidate will have a bachelors degree or equivalent in an agricultural
or environmental area of study (Masters degree preferred) and
knowledge/experience in managed grazing. Starting salary $30,000 plus
