Hello from New Zealand
I work at MIRINZ Food Technology and Research, previously the Meat Industry
Research Institute of New Zealand. We have, putting all modesty aside, developed
meat processing and animal welfare standards which are the best in the world.
Organic growers have some options in both these areas which are not available to
conventional growers.

I would like to talk further with your growers about these issues (easily done
over the net) and intend to be in the States about this time next year on other
business, so for the price of a couple of nights accomodation I could talk and
show video of state of play in our green and pleasant land!
