Corn of course is a big thing here. What have you got? (White or yellow,
rapid or slow, ear size & productivity, high lysine, drought resistence,
fertilization requirements)?
White is generally preferred for tortillas, although black is said to be
best. You want collaborators for developing varieties or developing a market?
