I'm relatively new to the list, and don't normally post in deference to my
lack of expertise when compared to those on this list.
But it sure would be helpful to know a little bit about the background of the
posters. There's was a lively debate the other day between Doug Hinds and Dale
Wilson who seem to have diverse opinions on pesticides, and sustainable ag.
So Dale, and Doug could you please tell us more about your backgrounds so we
