The Alternative Field Crops Manual--containing fact sheets on
a long list of crops like Broomcorn, Buckwheat, Amaranth--is a real
goldmine for county agents and sustainable ag advisors, because one of
the things farmers need help with is diversification into alternative crops
for economic and agronomic reasons such as rotations, break crops, catch
crops, etc.
