Come see the latest Beltsville research developments concerning manure
and nutrient management to enhance sustainability and promote
environmental sensitivity of agriculture.
MORNING TOUR:
Manure and compost use in sustainable field crop production systems
Systems for managing animal manures
Animal manure composting research
AFTERNOON TOUR:
Fate of cryptosporidium in the environment
Precision agriculture systems and equipment display
Plant material center
Buffet lunch will be served by the Agricultural Research Center
Employees' Association. The cost will be $8.00 per person (payable at
the registration desk). Included are: BBQ, hot dogs, salads, and
dessert. Iced tea and lemonade are included with the luncheon price.
REGISTRATION DUE BY AUGUST 7, 1998
To register, send your name and affiliation as you would like it to
appear on your name tag. Also, state if you will be purchasing the
buffet lunch.
