About a year ago, I bought milk from the grocery store, and was
constantly congested, even though I never in my life had an allergy to
milk or any dairy product.

I tried Organic Valley and Horizon dairy products--both organic and
showed no signs of allergy or stuffiness. Whether or not grocery store
milk has rBGH, I don't know. However, it did have something in it to
which I became allergic.

I'd rather be safe than sorry. No one needs more antibiotics. Yet,
cows force-fed rBGH get infections, including mastitis, which then
requires antibiotics. Antibiotics beget off-tasting milk. We have
never had a problem with organic milk in either taste or quality.
