Use the following forms to nominate a farmer or rancher in the North Central Region for SARE's 3rd annual Patrick Madden Award for Sustainable Agriculture. To nominate a producer for the Western Region, go to the Western SARE web site. (The Southern and Northeast regions have already picked winners.) The nomination deadline is April 5.
