Shipping and Handling

Bulletins: Standard shipping for bulletins is free. Please allow 10 business days for standard delivery. Call for information on rush or bulk bulletin shipments. Rush orders may be charged rush shipping fees.

Books: Shipping rates for books and other paid items are provided below. Please allow 10 business days for standard delivery. Please call for options and rates on rush or international shipments.

Standard Shipping Rates:

Standard domestic orders are shipped by UPS Ground. 

United States and Protectorates
  Base Rate: $6.95 for first item, plus:

  • 2-9 items: $2.00 per additional item
  • 10-24 items: $1.50 per additional item
  • 25-49 items: $1.25 per additional item
  • 50 items or more: $1.00 per additional item

International Orders:
International publication orders will be filled with prepayment on a case by case basis if reliable third party shipping verification is available. SARE will not issue refunds or reship materials for international orders with confirmed delivery. Contact Customer Service for more information. Sorry, SARE Outreach cannot ship free bulletins outside the United States and its protectorates.

Canada and Mexico:
  Base Rate: $5.95 for first item, plus:

  • 2-9 items: $5.95 per additional item
  • 10-24 items: $1.50 per additional item
  • 25-49 items: $1.25 per additional item
  • 50 items or more: $1.00 per additional item

Other International:
  Base Rate: $15.95 for first item, plus:

  • 2-9 items: $10.00 per additional item
  • 10-24 items: $7.50 per additional item
  • 25-49 items: $5.00 per additional item
