How will I know my order has been processed?
You will receive an e-mail confirming your order. Please be sure to include a correct e-mail address. If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail, please contact us.
How can I track my order?
Go to http://tracking.sare.org/. You will need your confirmation number, invoice number or shipping address. This system will only provide tracking information for paid orders. For tracking information on your order for free items, please call or email us at any of the points listed below.
How can I return an item?
All returns must be sent to the address below. Returns are subject to a $7 restock fee per order. Returns sent to any other address may have a rerouting fee applied.

What happens if an item is out of stock?
You will not be charged for an item until it is in stock. The rest of your order will be shipped immediately, and you will be shipped the out-of-stock item as soon as it returns to inventory. Your shipping charge will be prorated per delivery.
How will SARE Outreach protect my privacy?
SARE Outreach does not sell its mailing list for any reason. Periodically, we conduct joint promotions with other organizations or programs to meet similar educational goals. Those instances are limited to a single use, and subject to SARE Outreach’s express approval. If you do not want to be contacted by SARE Outreach for these or other promotional purposes, please ask to be added to our “Do Not Mail” list by contacting:
Is it safe to order online?
We have taken precautions to ensure the security and privacy of your personal information. All information gathered during the checkout process is conducted on a secure server over a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) connection to encrypt all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. If you are using a Netscape browser, look for a small key in the bottom right corner of your browser. If you are using Internet Explorer, look for a small lock in the bottom right corner of your browser.
Why am I being prompted for credit card information on a free order?
Your browser may be using a cached page. Please consider one of the following options:
- Use a different web browser;
- Delete the temporary files and cookies stored on your hard drive, then place your order again;
