Northeast SARE Grantee-Produced Info Product
To make Granby, Conn. residents aware of the variety of food that is locally available, the town's Agricultural Commission successfully formed a multi-farm CSA, which distributes an assortment of food and farm products from 30 local farms to participating Granby residents. This toolkit includes the steps taken by the Agricultural Commission to help make local food more accessible to the town while also providing marketing and distribution infrastructure for local producers.
