Resources for Instructors
Through its Apprenticeship in Ecological Horticulture, the Center for Agroecology and Sustainable Food Systems at the University of California Santa Cruz has been a leader in developing experiential sustainable agriculture education for nearly 40 years. The Center’s education and training resources integrate the study of theoretical aspects of agricultural sustainability with field-based, participatory learning of sustainable agriculture practices.
Their two instructional manuals
