Known Glitches:
SARE's website is designed to be compatible with most popular browsers. Nonetheless, users may experience glitches while browsing due to the continually evolving nature of browsers, servers and platforms.
- Printing Project Reports: Google Chrome users may experience difficulties attempting to create and save project reports in pdf format. This is a known issue with the Chrome PDF viewer. Try disabling the default Chrome PDF Viewer plug-in or using another browser.
- Log-in: Users accessing the MySARE reporting system with version 10 of the Internet Explorer may experience log in difficulties. Modifying the Internet Explorer compatibility settings should resolve this problem for most users:
- Select Tools Menu
- Select Compatibility View Settings
- Check the “Display all websites in Compatibility View” box
