SARE Outreach Photo Policy
If you are submitting a photo for SARE to use in print publications or online, you must also submit a signed copy of SARE's photo release form, to be completed by either the photographer or rights owner. Download the SARE photo release form in either PDF or Word doc. Submit completed releases to the contact person listed on the form.
Exceptions: Photos taken by USDA employees and SARE staff, photos taken and submitted by PIs as part of their SARE grant, or photos taken by SARE state coordinators, do not require a release form. Please note that SARE's rights to reuse such photos, as described in the photo release form, apply to such cases.
